Visit ESAB's new Demobus in 2010

Making its public debut on the Schweissen & Schneiden stand in September was the all new ESAB Demobus, a 'mobile showroom' packed with the latest developments in welding and cutting equipment, automation, consumables and accessories - including PPE (personal protective equipment).

For many years ESAB has used a Demobus to tour Europe and beyond, stopping at distributors, so they can present to their customers an overview of ESAB's welding and cutting products. The new Demobus enables visitors to see 'the world of ESAB' with the message being 'we have it all.' As well as static displays and videos, the Demobus features live demonstrations of a range of equipment and consumables.

A particular highlight in the Demobus is the Caddy MIG/MAG inverter demonstrations that illustrate how ESAB has been at the heart of digital welding, right from its inception through to the state-of-the-art equipment available today.

Designed to be very customer-focused, the new Demobus has helped to raise awareness among visiting ESAB distributors as to the value of using the vehicle to host education programmes and customer days.
